About Warral Honey

Warral Apiaries is owned and operated by 5th generation beekeeper, Lindsay Callaway.  He is supported by a small experienced team.

Warral Apiaries beehives are worked throughout Victoria and southern NSW.  They are carefully managed to follow honey flows that produce the best results and keep the bees healthy.

In August we pollinate almonds, then from September to May we harvest our beautiful Warral Honey, from various Australian eucalypts, such as Yellow Box (Eucalyptus melliodora), Grey Box (Eucalyptus propinqua), Red Stringy Bark (Eucalyptus camaldulensis) and Ironbark (Eucalyptus sideroxylon), to name a few.

Warral Honey is extracted at our central BQual certified processing plant, which is located at Myers Flat, Victoria.

Warral Honey is gently warmed to no more than 40°C during extraction to keep the goodness in.

At Warral Apiaries, we pride ourselves on our friendly and reliable service.  Customer orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 working days.  We love selling our delicious honey.
